1. Submit key by email

2. Attend armed with copy of key fingerprint

3. List ogkey fingerprints is distributed at meeting

4. Fingerprints are read out and confirmed by their owners

5. Participants mingle and show credentials so that true identity to which key is bound is confirmed.

6. Participants sign those keys for which they have seen adequate credentials

7. Signed keys are submitted to key server, and optionally to other participants

8. Participants add signed keys to their keyring
