PFPS, "What does RDF consider a namespace to be?"

2003-02-28 telecon:

DanC raises a major objection to talking about "XML namespaces" -- this is an ill-defined concept.

If necessary, talks about "XML namespace names"

ACTION: Do global scan, and remove refs tp "XML Namespaces"

[DanC, I think this is symptomatic of a recurring W3C problem:  there is an understanding among those "in the know", which is not always available to those who aren't aware of the issues]
